Steve McMullan

Steve qualified with Price Waterhouse, moving into its corporate finance department, advising on a range of transactions including corporate M&A, high tech equity raising, and leveraged buy-outs. He then worked in the M&A department of GKN plc, acquiring businesses in USA, Europe and China.

Prior to joining BTG McInnes Corporate Finance Steve was a director with a US boutique investment bank, leading cross border transactions for a number of UK plc clients.
