Phil Williams
Phil qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2001 with Grant Thornton in Leeds, having previously been with Clive Owen & Co between 1996 and 2000. He moved into a corporate finance role in 2003 at Leathers LLP, developing expertise in fundraising, disposals and acquisitions, start-ups, emerging businesses, MBOs and transaction support services. His experience is predominately focused on private company transactions across a variety of industry sectors.
Phil joined the BTG McInnes Corporate Finance team in Newcastle in 2007 where he continues to work on a range of deals and develop his lead advisory skills.
