Paul Morton
Paul joined McInnes Corporate Finance in 2000 and became a Partner in 2005. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to McInnes was a specialist in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking advisory team of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Having established the North West practice for McInnes, Paul now specialises in advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals and leveraged management buy outs in the private equity market.
