NG Bailey Acquires Specialist IT Services Business
One of Yorkshire’s largest and most successful private companies, NG Bailey has acquired a specialist IT services firm.

Crawley-based s2s is a security focused integrator of business communications and lifecycle services to the UK SME and mid-market business community. The business was named one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2007 and was also awarded the prestigious Cisco Security Partner of the Year in both 2005 and 2007.
The acquisition, structured and project-managed by Andy Miller and Jim Whittaker of BTG McInnes Corporate Finance, will see s2s integrated into NG Bailey subsidiary Bailey Teswaine, a market leader in providing communication, network security and mobility solutions to a wide range of blue-chip organisations.

There are a great number of growth opportunities that s2s will be able to leverage as part of our larger Group and their network security expertise will enhance the overall NG Bailey offering” said David Lane, Finance Director of Bailey Teswaine.

Nick Emmerson of Eversheds provided legal advice and Adrian Hackett of Hackett Windle provided tax advice to NG Bailey in relation to the acquisition.
